At Love and Light Wellness, each product is made to order with care and intention. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund.
