Join me for a 60-minute sound journey dedicated to relaxation, gratitude, and emotional balance.
Through the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and gong, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as soothing vibrations help release blockages, restore harmony, and invite renewed energy.
This event is donation-based, with a suggested donation of $35.
All are welcome — no prior experience needed.

In celebration of our community festivities at The Cohen Clinic at Endeavors, we are thrilled to welcome Jessie Brady of Love + Light Wellness, a certified sound healer, to guide a rejuvenating 60-minute sound healing session for military spouses.
The session begins with a guided meditation, followed by a transformative sound bath using crystal bowls, gong and chimes. Sound healing offers many benefits, including deep relaxation, stress relief, improved focus, and emotional balance — helping restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
This session offers a nurturing space to relax, reconnect, and recharge — the perfect complement to our community celebration. All military connected individuals are welcome to attend.
